Refunds

    All sales are considered final. However, there are exceptions where refunds may be allowed including:

        - The service experiences prolonged outages that affect your ability to use the service.
        - The service is not technically accessible from your network or location (details of the situation may be required).
        - You ask for a refund within 24 hours of purchase and have not substantially used the service (i.e. 98% or more of purchased credits remain). Partial refunds are not possible.

    Please send refund requests to refunds@linkgrabs.com and allow up to 7 business days for a response.

    If service is abused, we reserve the right to terminate the service without refund.
